Say hello to Manifesto…

Last September we had cause for a huge celebration after being announced as the new official digital transformation partner to Breast Cancer Now.  As you can see from the picture this gave us an opportunity to get the (compostable) glitter banners and pink smoke out. Over the last six months we have been busy working with a small (but perfectly formed) project team from the Breast Cancer Now digital team to immerse ourselves in your world.  Some of you will have started to attend workshops and interviews with us.  We are getting out and about, virtually in the most part, but more in person soon, so thought it would be a great time to introduce you to us.

The History bit…

In 2011 three former colleagues set out to create the type of company they’d always wanted to work for. Since then we’ve assembled a team of over 80 creative, passionate, innovative, experience makers, who love to create products and services that drive engagement and positive change.  This team includes designers, developers, marketers, project managers and many more.

We seek to make people’s lives better, easier, fairer, more interesting and more fun with great strategy, engaging campaigns and rock-solid technology. We inform and enable new experiences, products and services that are designed around our clients’ audiences and deliver positive change. We do this by understanding the needs of our clients and their customers, developing a shared understanding of how to create value and help them widen their access and think bigger.

Becoming TPXimpact

In 2018 we joined forces with three other agencies to form a group named The Panoply and floated on the London AIM stock market. Our mission was to help brave clients harness technology to drive growth, reimagine the way they work and create products and services that improve the lives of their customers and wider society. We believe an increasingly complex world needs a new business model to achieve high impact outcomes for clients and their employees and more value for stakeholders.

Fast forward to today, we’ve acquired a number of agencies and have brought our group together as a single entity all under a new brand name, TPXimpact. We’ve grown to 700 employees, and we’re delivering transformation across more services and disciplines than we could have imagined.

Part of this change has resulted in the creation of the Digital Experience division of the group. This enables us to provide the security, scalability and depth of expertise of a big agency, but with the passion, dedication and dedication of a smaller independent agency.  It is members of this team who you will predominantly see or hear from on the digital transformation programme.

What’s next…

We are now nearing the end of this initial discovery and immersion phase.  Currently, we are conducting a number of interviews to speak to and learn from as many of your user groups as possible.  You will meet more of our team over the coming weeks and months.

If you have any immediate questions or want to know how you can get involved, please speak to Lucy Southall or Rachel Murray.
